REZIME
U ovom radu su opisani aditivi koji se koriste u prehrambenoj industriji, njihova podela i uloga u
namirnicama u kojima se nalaze. Posebna pažnja je posvedena različitom stepenu njihove štetnosti i
uticaju na zdravlje čoveka.

SUMMARY
This study describes additives used in the food industry, their classification and role in foods
containing them. Special attention is on the varying degrees of hazards and their impact on human
health.
