Rezime

Cilj rada je da se ispita mogući uticaj meteorskih rojeva na koliĉinu padavina u Beogradu.
Mnogi ljudi meteorske rojeve smatraju samo atrakcijom vrednom pažnje, koja se dešava nekoliko
puta godišnje, a gotovo svi smatraju da meteorski rojevi uopšte ne utiĉu ni na šta na Zemlji.
TakoĊe cilj ovog istraživanja je da se dokaže i skrene pažnja na to da meteori mogu da utiĉu na
neku pojavu u prirodi, u ovom sluĉaju na padavine. Metode istraživanja su bile obrada
literaturnih podataka, obrada podataka o padavinama u Beogradu u periodu od 1888. godine do
1965. godine i sopstveno zakljuĉivanje. Korišćen je period za vreme prolaska Persida i Leonida.
Na osnovu već pomenutih metoda istraživanja, zakljuĉujemo da meteorski rojevi utiĉu na
koliĉinu padavina u Beogradu. Naime, koliĉine padavina se, posle prolaska meteorskog roja,
smanjuju. Zbog velikog zagrevanja, vazduh i para se isušuju i podižu visoko u atmosferu.

Summary

The aim of the study is to ascertain the effect of meteor showers on the amount of
rainfall in Belgrade. Many people believe that meteor showers
are only attraction worth attention, which happens several times a year, and
almost everyone believe that meteor showers do not affect to anything on Earth. Also, the aim of
this study was to prove and draw attention to the fact that meteors can affect a phenomenon in
nature, in this case the rainfall. Research methods were literature data processing, data
statistics of rainfall levels in Belgrade from the year 1888 until the year 1965 and our
own conclusions. We used the periods of passing Perseids and Leonids. On the basis of
previously mentioned methods of research, we conclude that the meteor showers affect the
amount of rainfall in Belgrade. Namely, the amount of rainfall, after the passage of
meteoric swarm, decrease. Due to the meteor burning, air and steam are warmed
up and lifted high into the atmosphere.
