MIKOLOŠKA ANALIZA VAZDUHA ZATVORENIH PROSTORA
MYCOLOGYCAL ANALYSIS OF INDOOR AIR

REZIME
Veliki broj ljudi provodi dosta vremena u zatvorenim prostorijama, bilo da se radi o radnom mestu (škole,
fakulteti, kancelarije, bolnice, prodavnice...) ili o stambenim prostorima. Svakodnevno su izloženi različitim
uticajima sredine kao što su bioaerosoli (gljive, bakterije, virusi...) prisutni u vazduhu. Mikrobiološka kontaminacija
vazduha je najčešde prouzrokovana različitim bakterijama ili gljivama, od kojih neke vrste mogu biti štetne po
čovekovo zdravlje, kao alergeni i patogeni. Cilj ovog rada je bila analiza vazduha u prostorijama gde se provodi
najvedi deo vremena, pa je tako Koch-ovom metodom izvršeno uzorkovanje vazduha u 6 prostorija u okviru jedne
stambene zgrade (kuhinja, dnevna soba, predsoblje, kupatilo, hodnik, podrum), ali takođe i na otvorenom prostoru

(terasa i park). U 4 od 6 ispitivanih prostorija vrednost CFU m je bila ispod granice koju je propisala Svetska
zdravstvena organizacija. Ipak, među izolovanim vrstama su se našli i pripadnici rodova Aspergillus, Alternaria i
Penicillium koji neretko produkuju toksične materije i mogu biti izazivači alergija i mikoza.

SUMMARY
Many people spend a lot of time indoors, whether it is workplace (schools, shops, universities, hospitals,
offices etc.) or residential areas. Every day, they are exposed to different influences of environment, such as
bioaerosols(fungi, bacteria, viruses) that are present in the air. Microbiological contamination of the air is usually
caused by different bacteria or fungi, from which some species may be harmful to human health, as allergens and
pathogens. The aim of this research was to analyze the air in places mostof the time is spent. Koch's method of air
sampling was performed in six rooms within one building (kitchen, living room, hallway,bathroom, cellar), as well as

outdoors(balcony and park). In 4 out of 6rooms the CFU m value wasbelow the limit prescribed by theWorld
Health Organization. However, among the isolated species there were members of the genera Aspergillus,
Alternaria and Penicillium, which often produce toxic substances and may cause allergies or mycosis.Key words:
