JEVREJI NA BALKANU

REZIME

Cilj ovoga rada je da se saznaju najvaţniji pojmovi vezani za jevrejsku zajednicu na Balkanu.

To ćemo uraditi tako što ćemo pokazati kada su se Jevreji doselili na Balkan i zbog ĉega. Takodje,

pokušaćemo da saznamo kako su privreĊivali i kako su uticali na privredu Balkana. Istoriju Jevreja

na Balkanu pratimo do njihovog tragiĉnog kraja u Drugom svetskom ratu. To će nam omogućiti da

steknemo uvid kakav su poloţaj Jevreji imali u Jugoistoĉnoj Evropi od njihovog dolaska do danas.

SUMMARY

The point of this project is to find out and represent the most important facts about the Јewish

community in the Balkan. Hronologicaly, this paper starts with the arrival of the Jews in the Balkans

and the foundation of their first colonies and communities. Also, we will try to find out how did their

activities affect on the economy of the Balkan. The history of the Jewish people in the Balkans is

represented until the Second world war. The idea of this paper is to give an complete picture of the

situation of the Jews in Southeast Europe, from their arrival until now.
