REZIME
Zdravstveno stanje čoveka zavisi od sadržine njegove svesti. Mnogi stavovi, navike i delovanja čoveka
I stariji i mladji učenici gimnazije retko piju domade i ceđene sokove, a
češde kupovne (gazirane i negazirane).
školama uopšte i uključivanje roditelja putem medija radi pravilnog rasta i razvoja njhove dece.
KLJUČNE REČI: Pravilna ishrana, navike u ishrani, telesna težina i gojaznost
SUMMARY
Man’s health depends on the contents on his mind. Many attitudes, habits and acts of man are
wrong. That relates to the treatment of the diet. Our future lies in the proper diet.
This project researches habits and attitudes of the students of I and III grade of grammar school, and
confirms their connection with the students body weight. Certain data were acquired by conducting a poll
and using the results of the systematic survey.
The results show that the older students have irregular diet ( it is often without breakfast ), without
quality, and it comes down to fast food. Both older and younger students rarely consume homemade and
squeezed juices, and more often store-bought (carbonated and uncarbonated beverages). Sweets are more
present in the younger students’ diet.
All these data are important because of the need to increase the volume of the health & education
work in high schools generally, and including parents via media in the interest of growth and development of
their children.
