ZNAMO LI SVE O TRIHINELOZI ZAJEDNICKOJ BOLESTI LJUDI I ZIVOTINJA?
DO WE KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT TRICHINELLOSIS THE DESIESE THAT IS PRESENT
WITH BOTH PEOPLE AND ANIMALS?

REZIME
Kada se govori o trihinelozi u literaturi se najčešde kao uzročnik označava Trichinella spiralis, međutim i neke druge
vrste trihinela mogu izazvati oboljenje. Najtačnija definicija bila bi da je trihineloza bolest ljudi i životinja
uzrokovana parazitima koji pripadaju klasi nematoda (Nematodes), potklasi afazmidija (Aphasmidia), redu
trihineloida (Trichinellloidea), familiji trihinela (Trichinellae). Prema tome, uzročnik trihineloze nije uniforman
parazit, ved obuhvata vedi broj vrsta i podvrsta, cime cemo se baviti u radu. Ljudi se zaražavaju konzumiranjem
inficiranog mesa, koje nije veterinarsko sanitarno pregledano i koje najčešde nije termički kvalitetno obrađeno. U
radu cemo prikazati nacin sprovodjenja kontrole mesa dvema najpoznatijim tehnikama tj. pregledom uzorka
dijafragme i digestijom u jednoj veterinarskoj ambulanti, prikazacemo rezultate ispitivanja, pravila i procedusre
sprovedene u istom kao i preporuke za sprecavanje razvijanja zaraze i preventive.

SUMMARY
When we talk about trichinellosis in different literature, we find Trichinella spiralis as the main cause,
although some other classes of Trichinella may cause this illnes. The most accurate definition would be that
trichinellosis is an desease of people and animals, caused by parasites wich belong to the class of Nematodes,
Aphasmidia, and are Trichinellloidea in the family of Trichinellae. According to this, the cause of trichinellosis is not
an uniformed parasite, but considers a number of classes and genuses and sorts, with wich we will be dealing in the
essay itself. People get infected by consuming infected meat, that is ont sanitised by Vets and most commonly not
termicly processed. In the essay we shall introduce a metod of validating meat by two most popular tecniques, by
examinating the samples of the diaphragm and digestion in an veterinarian ambulant, we will show the results of
the examination, the rules and procedures used in the following, as well as recommendation for prevention of the
infection.
