                                                         Rezime


                      U  ovom  radu  je  ispitivan  uticaj  materijala  ambalaže  na  pH  vrednost  vina
               tokom vremena. Uzorak vina je raspodelje u tri vrste ambalaže: staklenu, plastičnu

               PET i tetrapak, a zatim je duži vremenski period pradena  vrednost pH. Najbolje
               rezultate, tj. najsporiji pad pH pokazao je uzorak u tetrapak ambalaži.

                                                         Abstract


                      The  dependence  of  the  vine  pH  value  on  the  beverage  material  was

               investigated in respect of time. The sample of the vine was separated in the three
               kind of beverage: glass, PET and Tetra Pack. The Tetra pack have been shown the

               best results, the slowest foling of pH value.
