MENTOR: VESNA RAJŠIĆ, profesor u ETŠ „Nikola Tesla“, Beograd

                                                         REZIME

to i potvrđuje.

                                                        SUMMARY

The purpose of this paper is to explain how it understandable combination of algebra and
geometry - Cartesian coordinate system *. This paper describes and proves some of the most
important feature of the coordinate system. For your convenience there are pictures with every

piece of work. Under each picture write what it is so easy to read. For each statement and proof is

given by an example that confirms this. An example of an operation procedure of the task in the
field. The work is divided into three parts:

                   1. The concept of point coordinates
                   2. Distance between two points in the coordinate system

                   3. Equation of a circle
                         * Cartesian coordinate system (DR) was named after the French scientist Rene Descartes and

has revolutionized the study of mathematics, merged the previously incompatible - algebra and
               geometry.
