Rezime
Ved jako dugo je poznato da je normalno starenje mozga samo po sebi pradeno nizom promena. Jedne od tih
promena su promene na nivou sinapsi. Tokom starenja dolazi do smanjenja broja sinapsi u cerebralnom korteksu
pacova, majmuna i ljudi. Zna se da dijetalna restrikcija (DR) može da produži životni vek pacova. Osim što
produžava životni vek, smanjen unos hrane usporava i odlaže progresiju mnogobrojnih bolesti vezanih za starenje.
Sinaptofizin (SPH) je glavni protein malih membrana sinaptičkih vezikula nervnih delija. On ima ulogu u egzocitozi
sinaptičkih vezikula i u oslobađanju neurotransmitera. Prosečna starost pacova koji su učestvovali u eksperimentu
je bila 6 meseci (m). Oni su bili podeljeni u dve grupe, prva grupa je imala slobodan pristup hrani, a druga je bila
podvrgnuta DR. Ekspresija proteina, SPH, u ekstraktima mozga pacova pradena je do 24-tog m starosti. Dobijeni
rezultati pokazuju da tokom starenja u korteksu dolazi do smanjenja količine SPH kod pacova starih 24 m, a da DR
nema uticaja na količinu SPH. Za razliku od korteksa, hipokampus je osetljiviji na starenje. Uočena je smanjena
količina SPH u svim ispitivanim starosnim tačkama. Takođe, DR utiče na povedanje količine SPH u hipokampusu
pacova starih 24 m. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata možemo zaključiti da starenje smanjuje količinu SPH, u korteksu i
u hipokampusu, a da DR svoje pozitivno dejstvo ispoljava samo u hipokampusu najstarijih životinja.

Summary
For a long time it is famous that the normal brain aging is followed with lots of changes. One of these changes is
changes on the level of synapses. During the aging it comes to the diminish number of synapses in the cerebral
cortex of rates, people and monkeys. It has known that dietary restriction can increase life century of rates. Beside
of that, dietary restriction can slow many diseases connected whit aging. Synaptophysin (SPH) is principal protein of
small membranes of synapses attaches in nervous cell. He has a part in exocytose synapses attaches and in freeing
neurotransmitters. An average age of rates, which are participated in an experiment, was 6 months (m). They were
shared in two groups, the first group had free approach to the food, and a second group was having DR. Expression
of protein, SPH, in extracts of brain in rates are followed to the 24 m. Gained results shows that during the aging in
cortex comes to diminish amount of SPH in rates in 24 m, and that DR have no effect on amount of SPH. For
difference of the cortex, hippocampus is more sensitive on aging. It has been spotted diminish amount of SPH in all
examined spots. In addition, DR has no affect on increasing amount of SPH in hippocampus of rates in 24 m. On
basis of gained results, we can conclude that the aging can diminish amount of SPH, in cortex and in hippocampus,
and that DR’s positive action comes out in hippocampus in the oldest animals.
