Praćenje efekta citokinina i azot monoksida  na senescenciju listova ljiljana ( Lillium
                                                       grandiflorum )


                Tracking the efects of  cytokinin and nitric oxide on senescence leaves of hyacinth ( Lillium
                                                       grandiflorum )

                                                           REZIME

               Senescencija, ili starenje, je poslednji, završni  razvojni stupanj u životu listova i drugih biljnih organa ili
               cele biljke. Senescencija se najbrže uočava  na listovima po gubitku zelene boje.


               Citokinini sprečavaju ili odlažu senescenciju listova.

               Natrijum nitro prusid (SNP) je  izvor ( donor) azot monoksida , koji, pored ostalih funkcija, učestvuje u
               odlaganju senescencije.

               Listovi ljiljana (Lillium grandiflorum) tretirani su rastvorima kinetina i SNP-a različitih koncentracija.

               Dobijeni  rezultati pokazuju da i kinetin (0,005mg/l) i SNP (0.1mg/l) utiču na odlaganje starenja listova
               ljiljana.

                                                         SUMMARY


               Senescence, or ageing, is the last evolucional finite degree in life-time of leaves and other plant’s organs
               or the whole plant. Senescence is the fastest marked on leaves, as they lose their green colour.

               Cytokinins disable or delay senescence of leaves.

               SNP is resource ( donor) of nitrogen monoxide, which, beside the other function, takes part in delaying of
               senescence.

               Leaves of hyacinth  (Lillium grandiflorum) are treated by solution of kinetin and SNP that are different
               comcentration.

               Derived  aftermath  shows that kinetin  (0,005mg/l  ) and    SNP  (0.1mg/l) exert  influence on  delaying  of
               aging of hyacinth leaves.
