SUMMARY
The United Kingdom, if not the only country with a Monarchy, is certainly the best known one.
Within the next twelve pages we will attempt to describe why London is so popular with so many
tourists especially in Serbia. Our two week sightseeing London tour cionsists of visits to numerous
attractions dating as far back as the Middle Ages.
What should we mention first, when there are so many sights to be seen? We will start with
Big Ben, The House of Parlament, Tower Bridge, Hyde park, Picadilly Cirkus and so much more. After
visiting them all, one will remember one or two of them, however the rest will certeainly be just as
memorable.
Tourists usually belive that a fortnight would certainly be enough time for anyone to get a clear
impression of this city. However, that is only an illusion. Even after a much longer visit, there will always
be some park or square that you still have not visited. Neverthe less we have attempted to illustrae why
the city of London remains such a mistery to all those who visit it. However this project would need to be
ten times longer, if we were to mention all the different contrasts and highlights. That however, is not
possible, within the borders that we were given.
